1. Scope

These terms govern use of ithacape.com and the Ithaca application process. Programme participation is governed by the separate participant agreement supplied before purchase. If these website terms conflict with a signed participant agreement, the participant agreement controls for the relevant service.

2. Information, not professional advice

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, employment or financial advice and should not be relied on as such.

3. Applications and admissions

Submitting a Typeform or booking a strategy call does not create a client relationship, guarantee admission or reserve a place. Ithaca may accept or decline applications based on programme fit, capacity and other legitimate criteria. No payment is required merely to submit the website application.

4. No employment or interview guarantee

Employers and investment funds make their own independent decisions. Ithaca does not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation, promotion or employment. Candidate stories are individual outcomes, not promises of future performance. Results vary according to background, effort, market conditions and third-party decisions.

5. Full Mentorship support commitment

Any conditional continued-support commitment applies only to eligible Full Mentorship participants and is governed exclusively by the signed participant agreement. Website summaries do not amend eligibility requirements, participant obligations, covered roles, duration or remedies stated in that agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The website, curriculum, models, templates, recordings, trademarks and original materials belong to Ithaca or its licensors. They may not be copied, republished, sold, distributed, recorded or used to create competing materials without written permission. Programme access is personal and non-transferable unless the participant agreement states otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or unlawful information, misuse candidate or guest content, scrape protected materials, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

8. Third-party services

The site may link to or embed Typeform, Wistia, YouTube, scheduling tools and social platforms. Their availability, content and data practices are governed by their own terms. Ithaca is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ithaca is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update website content and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Material contractual changes to an enrolled participant's programme remain governed by the participant agreement.
